Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session cost.. Thank you for your understanding—this policy ensures availability for all clients in need. All services, care, benefits, and products — including those offered through The Well Living Store — are provided exclusively within The Holistic Rehab Private Contract & Private Member Association (PCA / PMA) and securely managed through our Mend Well Care Portal (SimpleClinic). Our offerings are designed to support overall wellness and promote natural balance through holistic and educational methods. They are not medical or diagnostic in nature. By engaging with this website, you acknowledge that all interactions occur in the private domain of membership.
