Sessions & Locations

Every journey is different.

Support should be too.

Book time, not a service.

The Mend Well Method integrates multiple approaches to support individuals and companion animals across all ages and stages of life through personalised, time-based care.

Start by choosing your location below, then select your preferred session duration.

What Care May Support

• Pain, discomfort, mobility, and physical wellbeing
• Stress, regulation, nervous system support, and recovery
• Behavioural, emotional, and confidence-related challenges
• Brain-body communication, sensory processing, and adaptability
• Environmental, lifestyle, and nutritional influences
• Recovery, pre/post surgical care, rehabilitation, ageing, and life transitions

Available across all ages and stages.

How Sessions Work

There are no separate service categories — all sessions are personalised based on your needs at the time.

Rather than selecting a fixed service, you choose the duration and location that best suits your needs.

Care draws from multiple integrative approaches as appropriate, working across physical, neurological, emotional, behavioural, and environmental layers.

Natural remedies or formulations may be included where relevant.

Distance Sessions Available

Remote support is available for both individuals and companion animals and may be particularly suitable for those who are long distance, unable to travel, or seeking ongoing support between in-person sessions.

The same whole-system approach is used, with care tailored to your individual needs and history.

Many members are surprised by how effective distance support can be, and it continues to be a valuable option for ongoing care and support.

Session Guidance by Duration

Most people start with a 60 minute session, as this allows enough time for a full, balanced overview and support.

If more complex or layered concerns are present, a 90 minute session may be beneficial.

The 30-45 minute sessions are often best suited to companion animals, children, teens, and seniors, or for focused concerns, maintenance support, check-ins, progress reviews, remedy updates, or ongoing care plans.

You are welcome to begin with any session length that feels right for your needs.
