Mend Well Members Portal

The Member Portal allows you to easily manage your care in one place.

Through your secure portal you can:

• View upcoming and past sessions
• Reschedule or cancel within policy guidelines
• Access shared notes and documents
• Upload relevant files (e.g. reports, images, diaries)
• View prescriptions or recommendations
• Communicate with your practitioner when needed

First time users:
Click “Member Portal” and select Create Account using the same email used for bookings.

You will receive a verification email from SimpleClinic. Once verified, return to the portal to log in.

Member Note — Private Contract & Private Member Association (PCA/PMA)

All services, products, and educational materials from The Holistic Rehab & Mend Well are shared member-to-member within our private association. By booking, purchasing, or using this website, you agree activities occur in the private domain of membership. Our purpose is holistic, educational, restorative care for individuals and companion animals—honouring privacy, autonomy, and natural wellness choices.

Membership is consent-based (no fees).

In simple terms: services, education, and formulas are shared member-to-member. We align within a Private Member/Contract Association (PMA/PCA) so your care stays private and values-aligned across Aotearoa and the USA. At your next booking you’ll simply agree to updated terms. (Familiar private-membership examples include Costco, Girl Guides/Boy Scouts, professional associations AMA/ABA, golf clubs, and private social clubs.)
