By registering to use the Patient Portal you can:

-See upcoming and past appointments

-Cancel appointments within the clinics cancellation policy

-See past and present prescriptions

-Order supplements from your current prescription

-Upload documents (pathology report, diet diaries, photos etc) and

-View courses you are enrolled in

-View documents shared from your practitioner

-Chat with your practitioner

Simple Clinic is designed to reduce back-and-forth email and keep your information tidy, secure, and portable within our member framework.

We are really excited about ALL the ways the Patient Portal will streamline appointments, treatment plans and reordering for you. Once
we have launched and upon your next booking or purchase...you will recieve an email requesting you to set up your portal. We will also add a link here to set up your Members Portal for convenience.

Member Note — Private Contract & Private Member Association (PCA/PMA)

All services, products, and educational materials from The Holistic Rehab & Mend Well are shared member-to-member within our private association. By booking, purchasing, or using this website, you agree activities occur in the private domain of membership. Our purpose is holistic, educational, restorative care for individuals and companion animals—honouring privacy, autonomy, and natural wellness choices.

Membership is consent-based (no fees).

In simple terms: services, education, and formulas are shared member-to-member. We align within a Private Member/Contract Association (PMA/PCA) so your care stays private and values-aligned across Aotearoa and the USA. At your next booking you’ll simply agree to updated terms. (Familiar private-membership examples include Costco, Girl Guides/Boy Scouts, professional associations AMA/ABA, golf clubs, and private social clubs.)
